K Kardio Dance Class Beginner Level
The Dance Style: K-Kardio dance stands for Kpop Cardio Dance workout. It is an hour of non-stop workout to K-Pop hit music. It incorporates simplified MTV moves, yet retains the original feel of each song which is distinct with different moods, styles, and movements. K-Kardio combines a variety of fitness and dance elements such as Aerobics, Kickboxing, Hip Hop, Pilates, HIIT, etc.
It is suitable for participants of all ages, with or without the dance background. The intensity can be varied according to individual preferences, which will be briefed and taught on how-to on the first lesson. So come join us for some K-Kardio workout.
The Coach: May has gained insightful dance experience through years of training, clinching championship for various competitions and performing for huge commercial shows. Her passion lies in K-Pop and Street Jazz dance and she hopes to share the joy of dance with everyone. Her cheerful spirit is contagious, making her class enjoyable for students from all walks of life.
