As part of NAFA’s celebrations for its 80 years of establishment and achievements, NAFA Arts Festival 2018 aims to showcase the academy’s diverse artistic talents. The Arts Festival will be held from 13 April to 3 June 2018 at NAFA Campus 1, offering a myriad of activities catered to the young at heart, silver generation, book lovers, trendsetters, and even Cosplay enthusiasts.
The Festival launched with a bang on 13 April. The three-day opening arts carnival will feature activities, music and theatre, performances and delicacies to delight visitors. The subsequent weekends highlight themed festival markets, including children and adult art workshops, interactive floor murals, a classic outdoor movie screening for heritage buffs, a Harajuku-themed fashion parade, a book fair and artist makers market. The Arts Festival will culminate with a closing carnival on 2 to 3 June at NAFA Campus 1, with yet another series of festivities for everyone to enjoy.
