SINGAPORE ORIGINALS PRESENTS: SHAK AND THE BAITS
A growing household name in Singapore, Shak and The Baits debuted as a band in June 2016. Lead by local Singer-Songwriter, Shak’ithya, the band aims to characterise Shak’s melancholic lyrics into danceable grooves. With various musical influences ranging from Soul, Blues, Folk-pop, Hip-hop and R&B, the band brings a palette of sounds that colour the world.
Singapore Originals is a series presented by Timbre Music to recognise independent original musical works by Singaporeans. Singapore Originals happens every last Wednesday of the month at Timbre @ The Substation.
