LASALLE’s School of Dance & Theatre has assembled an extraordinary group of writers and performers with stories that open hearts, stimulate minds and lift spirits. These artists inhabit their work with directness and honesty, stripping down the act of theatre-making to its bare essence.
SOLO celebrates their skills, with performances including spoken word, theatre, song, intimate performance and dance – through a variety of one-person shows, SOLO explores and celebrates the uniqueness of the individual.
LASALLE’s School of Dance & Theatre produces SOLO as an annual event to give young artists the opportunity to workshop their ideas for solo performances, reach out to the industry and receive early career attention and audience feedback.
